This building shows the ironic materials and fine workmanship. Overall the building has very unusual characteristics like a pair of angels sitting at the top floor, the floral ornamentation, ovular frames in plaster, metallic railings and interestingly made embossed plaster works. This building belongs to the Sikh era in Lahore which shared the Art Deco rich details which are losing its charm day by day due to the extreme negligence. Over the passage of time, this magnificent structure got serious damage due to the rough weather conditions and less maintenance. The existing conditions of the building are very thought provoking as the structure is deteriorating. With the passage of time the building is in severe threat.
